Parks & Recreation Engineering

Bluebird Park — Babcock Ranch, FL

Babcock Ranch is one of America’s first solar-powered, walkable communities—built around the idea that good design serves people for generations. Bellrock was brought in by the equipment vendor to provide custom shade structure design, playground foundation engineering, and hands-on support through construction. It’s the kind of project we’re proud to put our name on: practical engineering in service of a community built to last.

Commercial Structural Engineering

Santa Rosa Mall Redevelopment — Mary Esther, FL

Old structures don’t have to mean dead ends. Bellrock was hired by the developer to assess the existing mall structure, perform lateral wind analysis, and design the new enclosure walls needed to bring a fresh use to a familiar space. From demolition through construction, we stayed on-site and engaged—helping turn a chapter-two project into something the community can build on.

Custom Residence — Destin, FL

Home is where safety matters most. Bellrock was brought in by the architect to deliver full structural engineering permit drawings and stay engaged through construction inspections—making sure this Destin residence was built right from the ground up. As a serial remodeler, dealing with engineers is something I’ve grown to dread. I find most engineers to lack competency, punctuality, and general professionalism. Bellrock has alleviated all my grievances from past experiences. Looking forward to using them again in the future!
